When you have so many seeds or maybe you’re just interested in so many different varieties, but you don’t have the space to grow all of them, choices need to be made! But how can you possibly narrow all of it down? Here are a few of the considerations that I make when I am trying to decide which varieties will make it into my garden lineup:

In summary, choose varieties that will produce a lot for your efforts, with flavor profiles that you will enjoy! You can still choose a few new varieties each year, because you never know when you’ll find your new favorite, and then you might be able to eliminate some varieties that you don’t like as much.
